Opening Railway Cafe was more than a dream for Carrie Stetson - it was a lifelong vision fueled by passion, determination and love. Despite the challenges of starting a business during a pandemic and transforming a 250-year old building, ​Carrie remained steadfast in her mission: to show her children that dreams can come true.  

Today, Railway Cafe is a true family affair. Carrie's husband and three children work alongside her every day, bringing the same dedication and heart that inspired the cafe's beginnings.
